能愿动词"可以" Modal Verb 可以
能愿动词"可以"位于动词前，表示可能、能够或许可。
The modal verb "可以" is placed before a verb to indicate possibility, capability, or permission.
Structure: Subject + 可以 + Verb (+ Object)Negative: Subject + 不可以 / 不能 + Verb
💡 Usage: 可以 expresses both permission ("You may…") and possibility ("It's possible to…"). Very common in polite requests.

"动词＋一下"结构 "Verb＋一下" Structure
本课"动词＋一下"结构表示做一次或试着做，动作时间短。
In this lesson, the "Verb＋一下" structure indicates that an action is performed as a quick attempt or it is brief.
Pattern: Verb + 一下Softens the request — makes it sound casual and brief.
☕ Tip: Adding 一下 makes commands or requests sound less abrupt and more polite or casual. e.g. 看一下 = "take a quick look".

（2）请你休息一下。Please take a rest.

双宾句（1） Double-Object Sentences (1)
双宾语句是一个动词带两个宾语的句子。本册学习"给"、"问"构成的双宾语句。
A double-object sentence is one where a verb takes two objects. In this volume, we focus on double-object sentences formed by "给" and "问".
Structure: Subject + 给/问 + Indirect Object (person) + Direct Object (thing/question)e.g. 请给我一杯牛奶。— Please give me a glass of milk.
💡 Key verbs: 给 (give) and 问 (ask) — both take a person + a thing/question as their two objects.
▶ 大声朗读 Read aloud
（1）请给我一杯牛奶。Please give me a glass of milk.
（2）白家月给安妮一个苹果。Bai Jiayue gave Annie an apple.
（3）我问老师两个问题。I asked the teacher two questions.
Scene: 在餐馆里，刘明在点餐。
In the restaurant, Liu Ming was ordering food.
